We invite you to bring your PHYSICAL ITEMS (only) to the March 18th Kick-off Event. Here is what you need to know: Your item will need to be at the church by 2:00 on March 18th, so it can be placed where we will display tangible items like that on the opening day. At the end of the event on the 18th, donors are asked to retrieve the items. The auction will continue on-line through the 25th, and donors are asked to contact the buyers (you will be notified of the buyer's contact info) about pickup/delivery. That exchange could take place in front of the church during non-church hours if donor and buyer agree, or however you choose to exchange items. No church employees or auction committee members will be responsible for handling auction items/exchanges.
